Every activity of the school is planned keeping in mind the 5 pillars of Excellence. The school believes in an holistic approach which would help each child who enters the school as an toddler leave after 14years of education as a balanced young adult ready to face life.

KG section

The physical, psychological and cognitive growth is carefully nurtured at the Kinder Garten section. The language (the phonic way), math , fine and gross motor, social and creative skills are strengthened through activities like water play , sand play , dough kneading , video show , browsing books (picture conversation), material play, colouring, drawing , painting , storytelling puppetry and celebrations.

The toddlers imbibe values like sharing caring , waiting for their turns. Life skills such as tidying , personal hygiene and team play .

Primary section

As the child moves to the primary, creativity is at its best and the child learns through experimentation and exploration. Listening to stories, interactive learning methods and classes in the multimedia lab complements classroom teaching.

The X-seed curriculum has been incorporated at our school from the Kindergarten to Std.VII with a vision to make learning an experimental process for every child. With X-seed , we hope to achieve the minimum levels of learning required at every stage(class). As X-seed integrates the CBSE , ICSE and state Board and is built along the recommendations of the National Curriculum frame work (NCF), we believe that our children will receive the right base to start a learning process that is lifelong.

Secondary section

The curriculum followed is in accordance with the matriculation syllabus. It is enhanced and supported by a member of activities in Maths, science and computer science to facilitate experimental learning. Students perform experiments in the general science lab and the Maths lab.

Maths lab classes help students learn abstract concept through activities. Learning by doing is the mantra for Sciences and Maths. This is being achieved through X-seed , Maths lab, GSL and computer lab classes.

Students are closely associated with care for nature through the activities of nature club. Vermicomposting , Inventory of plants in the school campus, nature walk, recycling of paper to name a few.

Besides these students are also given formal training for the board exams.

Higher Secondary Section

Students in the higher secondary section are provide all the tips and techniques to perform well in their board exams. “All wok and no play makes Jack a dull boy”. ………...the students are given their time on the play field to distress themselves and rejuvenate. The curriculum followed in the T.N state board syllabus.

While subject teachers make a continuous assessment through homework and class tests, formal assessment is done through mid-term tests and terminal exams.

Health & safety

  • Health and safety of all employees and students are well taken care of.

  • Annual health check ups are done for both the staff and students.

  • Mock evacuation drills are conducted every month for emergency preparedness.

  • Teachers and non teaching staff, drivers are trained in "Basic first-aid" to give first aid when there is a need.

  • Road safety patrol and scouts & guides take care of morning movement at the gate .This not only ensure the safety of the students but is also a form of community service as the traffic at the school gate gets regulated.

  • At the KG & primary section a diet chart is distributed to the parents to guide them to include healthy snacks habit. The right eating habit when inculcated at a young age will keep the child healthy through life.

Safe dispersal of children

A proactive measure has been initiated by the school to ensure child safety while commuting from back home from school. Its been a networking with parents and private vehicle owners. The teachers dedicate some extra time to ensure safe handover of a child to the parent. It is worth the effort when we see a smile on every parent’s face.

Display Boards

Display boards reflect the creativity of our children. Children depict their ideas with a lot of extended understanding of the topic. Their work seems to remind us that we need to preserve our artistic legacy Indianness , festivals , heritage etc.

Sometimes there display boards stop us as if to advice us and pamper us with safety tips and a list of nutritious facts for good health.

It takes control of kids and adults by not letting the rope too loose. It cautions us "Time is precious , respect every body , keep left , do this...... that...... , don’t do this ...... that ....." etc. and puts everybody back on track.

The T.I display boards are truly "Living Legends".

Nature Club

T.I a hub of future generation need to be more responsible to allow it to be a living planet ‘Nature Club' is the initiative taken to build in them the sensible attitude towards nature.

The sensitive issues like energy conservation are made familiar by the projects on energy audit-like tree audit & water audit.

Love for nature is initiated by conducting activities like nature trails and bird watching.
